1. The screen goes black and nothing appears.

Carom 3D simulator might not execute properly to certain driver version of graphic cards. In such case, change the color tone into 16 bits and try running the game.
Also, if the graphic card in your computer is TNT series or Geforce MX series, download the Driver Patch from Carom3D homepage and try running the game again.
If it still does not work, contact the customer service center (Q&A Board) and request for information.
